What we look for
Strong organizational ability & attention to detail
Warm, simple, confident communication
Because interaction is part of our design.
Calm adaptability in a dynamic environment
1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
Degree in hospitality, business, communications, or a related field
Nice to have
- CRM or booking-system familiarity
- Fluency in English
