Office & Finance Coordinator
Who we are — and why it matters
At SOLID Spaces, we create more than events. We set the stage for business people to truly connect and co-inspire the future.
Our premium venues host corporate gatherings and private celebrations that are curated down to the last detail with elegance, intention, and character.
We believe in meaningful experiences: where design meets purpose, where hospitality meets precision. Βehind that experience is a compact, committed team that works with clarity and heart. We don’t do “fancy.” We do finesse.
If you find satisfaction in the well-organized, the well-executed and the well-designed you might already be one of us.
The role — and why it’s essential
We’re looking for an Office & Finance Coordinator — someone who will become the quiet force behind our everyday operations. You’ll work closely with SOLID’s two founders, providing hands-on support across office logistics and financial processes.
You won’t just “assist” — you’ll enable. You’ll help create the conditions that allow the rest of the team to shine.
Here’s what that looks like:
Smooth Operations — because of you
- You manage the rhythms of the office: from supplies to systems, from schedules to follow-ups.
- You support the team in setting up meetings, presentations, and events — ensuring they begin with calm, structure, and clarity.
- You anticipate needs before they arise. You notice. You prevent. You refine.
Communication with intent
- You’re often the first voice clients and strategic partners hear — on the phone, over email, or in person.
- You respond with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
- You spot friction points or information gaps — and quietly resolve them.
Numbers that make sense
- You handle invoicing, expenses, financial entries, and documentation with accuracy and structure.
- You work with our ERP system (ideally Pylon), generating reports and supporting key decision-making.
- You ensure our financial picture is clean, current, and reliable.
You sense problems — and solve them — before they exist
- You bring awareness. You keep things from falling through the cracks.
- You reduce friction, free up mental space, and allow others to focus on their zone of excellence.
- You’re a stabilizer. A filter. A source of clarity.
You’re close to the decisions — and part of them
- You collaborate directly with the founders — your input matters.
- You don’t sit in the background. You hold things together.
What we need from you — and why it matters
A degree in Business, Finance, Administration or related field
Because understanding the fundamentals of structure, finance, and operations helps you make better everyday decisions — especially in a small, agile team.
1–2 years of relevant experience in office coordination or finance
Because we want you to have faced real-life operational challenges — and know how to bring order to them calmly.
Experience with ERP systems (ideally Pylon)
Because this is not just a support role. You’ll be hands-on in financial tracking, and we value accuracy, autonomy, and efficiency.
Comfort with Excel and digital tools
Because clear spreadsheets, tidy folders, and up-to-date files save time, energy, and mistakes.
An organized mind and a proactive spirit
Because the person who notices what’s missing — and acts on it — is invaluable in our day-to-day.
Professionalism, discretion and consistency
Because you’ll handle sensitive data and client-facing communication. We want to trust how you represent us.
A calm, adaptive mindset
Because no two days are the same here — and that’s part of the joy. You’ll need to move with rhythm, not rigidity.
Fluency in Greek and English
Because our partners, clients and collaborators speak both — and we want to sound like ourselves in any language.
What we offer
- A premium working environment — minimalist, elegant, intentional
- Daily collaboration with founders and leadership
- Space to contribute, grow, and shape your role
- A culture of trust, clarity and quiet excellence
- A compensation package based on experience and value
If this sounds like your kind of pace, presence and purpose — we’d love to meet you.
