Our commitment to high-quality catering has consistently wowed our guests, as seen in their enthusiastic reviews. We understand that good, tasteful, and nutritious food not only delights the palate but also fuels the brain, enhancing productivity and engagement.
It’s also worth mentioning that we’re conscious about reducing food waste. We donate all spare food from our events to ‘Mporoume’, a Greek non-profit that saves food daily and distributes it to charities.
We have prepared some inspiring menus below, which you can customise in a variety of ways for your event. You can also combine menus as you like, e.g. a coffee station (with breakfast snacks) to kick off the day with some finger food or a seated buffet for lunch.
Even coffee snobs appreciate the coffee standard at SOLID. We can serve every coffee possible, from fragrant straight black coffee to sugar-free almond milk lattes and everything in between. The coffee station is served continuously throughout the day and comes together with a light and delicious breakfast buffet.
Our rich finger food menus are guaranteed to keep the bellies of hard-working colleagues full. These versatile menus provide a very wide gamut of flavours and dishes, that can be enjoyed either standing or seated, with or without cutlery. If you’re more traditional and prefer dining with a knife and fork, the seated version of our finger food menus is perfect (and will make your mama happy). On the day of your event, our chef will prepare a delectable buffet in our kitchen, allowing your team to enjoy a relaxing meal together. These menus are only available for seated events with tables (this includes our conference table, cabaret, or classroom layouts).
For private dinners or business meals, wow your clients and guests with a personalised private dining experience. You can pick from our set menus and our chef will create a scrumptious meal for you, from appetisers all the way to desserts. This option is available only for seated events with tables (this includes our conference table, cabaret, or classroom layouts).
WINE & BEER BAR
When it comes to drinks, cool wine and beer are the absolute staples that will bring smiles on everyone’s faces. No better way to cool down after an intensive workshop and bond with your team over a glass or two.
OPEN BAR
Promise your team an open bar, and attendance to your event is guaranteed. In addition to wine and beer, our bar will include all popular spirits, paired with the usual suspects of mixers and juices.
COCKTAIL BAR
Nothing tops off a productive day like a glorious cocktail. You have the option to select some of our signature cocktails to be served, or even create your own custom recipes to match your event theme or your brand identity.
